Alcodes GF is a ready-to-use liquid disinfectant based on ethanol, designed for use in production areas of the food and beverage industry (TP4) and for general surface disinfection (TP2).

Product Application Area:
TP2: Alcodes GF is recommended, especially for surfaces sensitive to corrosion that cannot be treated with aqueous disinfectant solutions.
TP4: After thorough rinsing of the surfaces to be disinfected, spray undiluted Alcodes GF for intermittent disinfection, for example, on cutting or packaging machines and filling areas.

Dosage and Contact Time:
Spray spacing on surfaces: 0.30 m.
Recommended dosage: 40 - 50 ml/m²
Contact time: 5 minutes
Ensure that the surface is completely wet throughout the contact time. Apply more Alcodes GF if necessary, depending on the need.

Advantages: Quick drying, excellent wetting properties, no rinsing required after application, suitable for corrosion-sensitive and water-sensitive surfaces.

Individual Protective Measures:
Eye/Face Protection (EN 166): Safety goggles with side shields
Hand Protection (EN 374): Special protective equipment is not required.
Skin and Body Protection (EN 14605): Special protective equipment is not required.
Respiratory Protection (EN 143, 14387): Not required when airborne chemical concentrations are maintained below the mandatory exposure limits mentioned in the Professional Exposure Limits section. Use respiratory protective equipment certified according to EU standards (89/656/EEC, (EU) 2016/425) when risks cannot be fully eliminated or minimized through collective protection measures or organizational measures.

First Aid:
In case of eye contact: Immediately flush with plenty of water, including under eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if easily removable and continue rinsing. Seek medical attention.
In case of skin contact: Rinse with plenty of water.
