Field of use
The food and agro-food industry, professional kitchens, the Ho.Re.Ca system, catering companies, butchers, patisseries, canteens, restaurants, fast food, the milk and meat processing industry, milking machines, professional slicers, injection machines meat etc.

Use
Cleaning of persistent grease of any type, degreasing of floors and surfaces in general, pipes, tanks, plastic crates, C.I.P. systems, cold rooms, etc. Recommended in the food industry as a detergent-degreaser. Use the product according to the label and directions for use.

Dosage
Automatic or manual
For washing equipment: 1% - 3% per liter of water
For manual use: 60-120 ml in 5-8 liters of water, manual use.
Surfaces 2% per liter of water after washing wait 5 minutes then rinse with water. If necessary, increase the dose by 1%-2%.
Floors 1-2% per liter of water washed and allowed to dry without rinsing. If necessary, increase the dose by 1%-2%. For energetic sanitation, the product can be used 1:1 with water or in a concentrated state. Dilution of the product depends on the degree of dirtiness and hardness of the water, so if you consider it necessary, increase the dose to achieve the desired effect.

Method of use
Automatic CIP washing systems
Before using the detergent, if you consider it necessary, rinse the installation. After degreasing the installation, rinse well before using the product.
Manual washing of equipment and surfaces
Remove any debris from the surface to be washed, then use a mop or pressure washer to wash the surface or equipment that needs degreasing. If surfaces or equipment washed with Agrydet K500 come into direct contact with food or drinks, rinsing is necessary. Floors washed with AGRYDET K500 do not require rinsing. The dosing system is the perfect way to use the product. Using the dosing system reduces costs and detergent consumption, guaranteeing quality in the washing process.

Biodegradability
The biodegradability of the agents in the product formula is 90%, in accordance with Reg. 648/2004/CE and subsequent amendments Reg. 259/2012. The product complies with EU regulations. 82/842 and 82/843
