Clint KF 200, Liquid, alkaline cleaning agent for the cleaning of installations and equipment in the food industry

Product strengths:
- Extremely effective against grease, oil, and dust
- Universally applicable for automatic and manual cleaning of equipment surfaces
- Slightly foaming

Properties:
- Appearance: clear, light yellow liquid
- Storage conditions: 0 to 40 °C
- Solubility: at 20 °C, miscible with water in any proportion
- Density: 1.11 - 1.14 g/cm³ (20 °C)
- pH: 10.6 - 10.8 (1 %, 20 °C, deionized water), 8.9 - 9.1 (1 %, 20 °C, 16 °d water)

Material compatibility:
Clint KF 200 is compatible with:
Metals: austenitic CrNi steels (quality at least DIN 1.4301 = AISI 304), steel, copper
Plastics: PE, PP, and rigid PVC

Application:
Clint KF 200 is a liquid, alkaline cleaning agent containing surfactants for the automatic and manual cleaning of exterior equipment surfaces, as well as for general plant cleaning.
Pre-rinse with water to remove rough soil.

Exterior equipment surfaces:
- Automatic cleaning: 1 - 3 % solution of Clint KF 200
- Manual cleaning: 2 - 4 % solution of Clint KF 200, contact time approx. 2 minutes, brush and rinse

Production floor and hall surfaces:
1. Apply a 2 - 4 % solution of Clint KF 200
2. Distribute manually or with a floor cleaning machine
3. Contact time 10 - 20 minutes before rinsing

Machinery cleaning:
- Use a 2 - 5 % solution of Clint KF 200 for manual or automatic foam device processing
- Final rinse with water

Safety:
During cleaning and sanitizing operations, especially when using high-pressure systems, misting can occur. These aerosols consist of a fine water mist and the applied chemical. Inhalation of such aerosol mist must be avoided. Wearing a respirator and protective goggles is imperative.
