The solution effectively removes milk stone, casein sediments and other types of mineral / protein deposits, for ice cream production equipment and in general equipment used in the food industry.
It is used in slaughterhouses, at enterprises for the production and processing of meat and sausages, pastries, ice cream, fish, etc.
Method of use:
Cleaning tools: Add from 100 to 200 ml of the product to each liter of water. Place the tools in the resulting solution, stand for a few minutes. If necessary, use a brush for cleaning. At the end of the operation, rinse with running water.
Pasteurizers and equipment for the production of ice cream: Use from 20 to 100 ml of the product for each liter of water, leave the solution to circulate in the system for 15-30 minutes, then drain the washing solution and rinse with clean water.
Floors and surfaces: Use in the form of a solution of 50-100 ml of the product for each liter of water. Apply evenly to the surface, stand for a while. If necessary, wipe with a clean cloth or sponge, then rinse thoroughly with water.
